    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
    If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.


    Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • In the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging).

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and detailed return instructions.

    ⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Intimate or personal-care goods (e.g., undergarments, beauty products)

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges

    The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


    EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

    If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
    Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
